1·2 days agoPrefects are appointed representatives of the state in each department. They are indeed in charge of the police, among other things.
This game would greatly benefit from a PC port. It barely reaches 15FPS at times on N64, it’s damn near unplayable.
3·8 days agoYes, but if they combine your fingerprint with your IP, they can see that there are 9 unique fingerprints and several others seemingly changing at random, ergo 10 people.
Solar panels don’t work as well with greysky.
