    If Obama had the right to strike Libya, unfortunately the Cheeto in Chief did as well. I remember Obama invoking the War Powers Resolution and then ignoring Congress voting down a proposed one year military operation approval.

    So I guess there’s a long history of this sort of thing. Almost like a tradition at this point.
