They want people like me and those I love to kill ourselves because it’s cheaper for them than sticking us in camps then they can get to going after the gays. The depressing reality is that there is going to be a sharp rise in trans suicides soon, especially if the ban on Medicaid hrt coverage goes through. Many say death before detransition and they fucking mean it.
And it’s hard to exist in this country as a trans person right now and not just be terrified and feel like taking the easy way out. Even if it’s what they want.
I’m queer and in the queer community—far right gay men are not a part of our community and do not direct it. If they’re “increasingly loud” then they must be over on fox news because they aren’t part of the LGBTQ community, so I literally never hear them.
I think what helps “sow division”’is mainstream news outlets giving voice to a teeny tiny minority of self-hating gay men who represent exactly nobody but their pathetic selves. The LGBTQ community remains united.
Just because trump’s regime has traction in convincing the business world to embrace homophobia (ie, getting rid of pride) doesn’t mean the actual LGBTQ community isn’t locked in—we are. We know what’s coming, and we’re ready to fight like we ALWAYS have been.

I refer to this sad group of broken men as Republican Butt Monsters. They are incapable of healthy emotions. You can spot them on grindr by their lack of pics, lack of profile info and utter lack of rizz. Correct, they are not part of the community. That requires honesty and courage.
In the comments section of another, a TikTok user responded to a thread outlining the current administration’s anti-LGBTQ actions by saying, “None of that has anything to do with us being gay.”
Compliance will not save you, you craven fucking cowards. They have never been quiet about how much they hate gay people, and the fact that they’re focused so heavily on attacking trans people right now is only because they want to pick off the weakest of the herd first.
Bigotry is the enemy of all people. None of us is free until all of us are free.
Wait so one of their pieces of evidence that was just so immensely relevant and important as to include it in the article was they found a comment on social media???
